Promotions are granted on the basis of the whole year's work of the pupil, hence the importance of regularity in attendance and work. The final examination is meant to confirm the result of the year's work.
Results declared at the end of the year are final in all cases and will not be reconsidered under any circumstances, neither will the answer papers be shown.
A student who fails twice in the same class will not be allowed to continue her studies in the school. Parents are requested to co-operate with the school, with regard to lessons, homework, co-curricular activities and the character training of their children.
